Earned real estate license at 18 years old, fresh out of high school. 

Worked for five years as a mobile signing agent with Columbine Mobile Notarial Services while starting out real estate career. 

Started real estate career as a residential real estate broker for EXIT Realty DTC in September of 2019. Had a $2 Million production year, two years in the industry. Worked with buyers, sellers, and investors all across Colorado.

In June 2022, left EXIT Realty DTC and launched, with a business partner/mentor, MHC Realty Group. Built a brand new real estate brokerage, MHC Realty Group, from the ground up and grew the brokerage to a total of 8 agents in under two years.

Earned Florida Real Estate Broker License and began operating as a residential Florida real estate broker for MHC Realty Group in June 2024. 

Chris continues to operate as a Colorado Real Estate Broker for MHC Realty Group as well.  

Started a new role with Vesterra Turnkey as the Director of Turnkey Operations in July 2024 to bring “Peace of Mind” to YOU, so that YOU have more time to Live rather than to worry about your money!
