You receive reports about YOUR Properties and Your respective Markets, including the projections of status-quo, more up-ticking, some leveling-off, some down-turning, etc. so that You can make determinations about maintaining your particular investments. 

PERSONAL PROFILE AND PLANNING: YOU meet with a qualified VESTERRA Associate as you become a VESTERRA Turnkey Customer and Savvy Safe Investor where we will help you develop Your Profile and Your Plan. 

LENDERS IN ALL 50 STATES; LOAN-SHOPPING FOR YOU: Only the best of these will do, so VESTERRA shops for the best Lenders and the best Loan Programs for YOU! 

YOUR and OUR “EYES and EARS ON THE GROUND”: We seek, vet, and select Real Estate Firms and Fiduciary Agents to work with YOU and for YOU in the Hot-Spots or other markets of Your choice. Whether buying or selling, we stay actively engaged with Your Real Estate Agents and we are constantly monitoring them. 

DETAILED ANALYSIS PROPERTY PROJECTION: You receive a detailed analysis with as much explanation as you need for each property before any property is approved by you for Your purchase. 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES [PMCs]: We find these for you, work with them on your behalf, and oversee their work as well! 

AN UPFRONT SERVICES AGREEMENT: You receive and review Your Upfront Services Agreement with VESTERRA Turnkey for all the above services and more, no matter how many properties You purchase or sell.
